I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Roopa Bhushan for the successful surgery performed on my father. Given his pulmonary fibrosis, we were deeply concerned about potential anesthetic complications. However, Dr. Bhushan’s collaborative approach—consulting closely with Dr. Radhakrishna (Physician), Dr. Rajendra (Pulmonologist), and Dr. Jyothsna (Anesthetist)—to tailor a specific surgical and anesthesia plan put our minds at ease.

The surgery was a success, and my father’s recovery was remarkably swift. Post-operatively, Dr. Bhushan ensured seamless care, remaining available "round the clock" through the hospital staff. We were equally impressed by the nursing team, whose responsiveness and dedication made our stay much easier. A special thanks to Amrutha, Dr. Bhushan’s staff nurse, for her exceptional support both during our time at the hospital and for her continued assistance over the phone afterward.

My mother had fever and chills,so we came to the hospital without knowing the reason then few tests were done and found out about the infection in gallbladder and stones.Doctor ,understanding my mothers heart issue and age 83 they first cleared the infection and kept removal of gallbladder pending.They waited for 15days to she how the body reacts and later decided not to do gallbladder surgery as she wad fine.This was a good decision by the doctor .I appreciate for Doctor Roopa patience

I would like to share my experience with Dr. Roopa, an exceptional and experienced doctor. One Saturday night, I experienced severe upper abdominal pain and vomiting, leading me to the emergency room at Trustwell Hospital. Despite it being a weekend, Dr. Roopa kindly came in on Sunday to examine me. Initially, she suspected a urinary infection, but after a thorough examination and reviewing my CT scan results, it was found that I had gallstones and a significant infection.

Dr. Roopa explained that surgery was necessary, but I was initially hesitant. She patiently walked me through the potential consequences of leaving it untreated and the complications that could arise. With her clear and compassionate guidance, I agreed to the surgery. She and her team also respected our religious beliefs by accommodating our request for time before the procedure, which took place on Thursday.

The surgery was successful, and Dr. Roopa informed me that the infection was extensive but had been successfully treated through gallbladder removal. I deeply appreciate her professionalism, care, and expertise throughout this process. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Dr. Roopa for her dedication and outstanding care.

First I need to tell my heartfelt Thanks to Dr Roopa Bhushan and Team. My Aunty Mrs Meera Bai was suffering from digestive problem, abdomen pain, high and uncontrolled daibetis (even with high dose of multiple insulins) and breathing difficulty due to severe haitus hernia and Pancreatic stone since 2019. We consulted multiple hospitals (BGS Apollo, Manipal, JSS etc) all senior Surgeons left us by telling surgery will be very high risk and can cause on table death. Finally as a last choice we consulted Dr Manish Joshi and Dr Roopa Bhushan. Gastro team took it very seriously and operated (Haitus hernia repair and Fray's procedure) along with best anaesthesia Team and made patient to recover soon. It is been a month after surgery and her wound is healed without any complication, her all previous issues resolved completely and her sugars under control even without insulin. Our big Thanks to Dr Manish Joshi, Dr Roopa Bhushan, Dr Rajesh, Dr Ranjith for the best care what we got from you to get my family member back healthy. I just want to thank Trustwell hospital management also for helping patients by keeping excellent Doctors and medical Team to provide excellent and delighted care in need.
