Doctor is very friendly in nature and calm.

That made me very much comfortable to know more about my health issue.

Even after asking same questions without my knowledge, never got angry explained with same cool.

Overall Had good treatment and suggestions from Dr. Pasad.

I consulted Dr. Prasad for urine infection issue. The first impression I had with him is, I am talking to someone i know from years. That made me very much comfortable discussing my health in detail. Doctor explained cause, required test with convincing reason, and treatment.

Another good thing I experienced with Dr. Prasad was, himself called me multiple time to know status of my health.

I have extremely satisfying experience with Dr. Prasad and I higly recommend

I visited the hospital many times for my baby vaccination and other purposes. And his medicines worked good in all cases. I appreciate for the doctor for the same. However i feel so bad for the below reasons.

1. There is no privacy for the patiant and doctor. Doctor working like a Astavadani. Every time when we visit his room always there were many peoples inside the consulatation room (maintenance people, sales persons, nurses and also other patiants). And he is responding to all the peoples. And in between phone calls also. Many times we are confusing whether he is talking with us or with others. And many cases we forget to tell our problems.

2. There is no proper appointment or que system.

3. If we went for baby vaccination, we should wait around more than a hour allong with other patiants. Also there is huge mosquitoes. We afraid for getting other deseases in spite of resistance by vaccination. So i am not recommonding this hospital for vaccination.

4. Medicines are not available outside. That is not a issue. But they (hospital medical) were always offer a chockolate for changes. However they were ready to give any number of changes (coins) for their own weighing machine.

It was Sunday and found only this hospital accepting pediatric appointments. beginning from the front desk till the billing, the experience I had was disappointing. I booked the appointment via Practo but the front desk lady argued that there was no appointment booking shown in the system. I had to show my mobile for her to realize. Just after that she entered my name instead of Baby's name in the register. There was only one nurse/attendar and she was all confused and made us to wait for more than half an hour. After entering the doctor cabin, the doctor was writing something on his diary for 4 mins. Felt like he was lost for few mins. complete silence. Then After a quick examination *** ****** *** **** ******** ** ********** ***** *** ********* Finally after coming out and at billing section another disappointment. The card reader was not working. I had to search for nearby ATMs and that took another half an hour. All together, I had a terrible experience. For an appointment that was booked at 6:15 PM, we had to leave by 8 PM from the hospital.

I have visited the doctor for ear piercing (Gun shot) for my 11 month old baby. The doctor started patting baby on head (in a friendly way but it doesn't appear so since the baby started crying due to that). The doctor made us wait for 2 hours for just a 15-20 min procedure. They had taken the kid inside and locked the doors and wouldn't even allow parents to watch. And finally he punched 2 holes in an ear instead of one and gave a reason that the baby was cranky and moved her head during the procedure. The staff is not very experienced with the piercing procedure.

** **** ****** ********* ** ***** *** **** ********** When we told major complain of breathlessness, doctor overlook that and when we called from reception after getting doubts he asked for oxidation test which should have done in front of him!! Also we did NOT get the confidence of his diagnostics at all. Doctor should be friendly spend some time and check thoroughly, but not with him ** ** ** ** **** **** ** ***** ************* Very bad experience, will definitely NOT recommend nor visit him again!!

If there was NO STAR OPTION, I would give that. ****** ** ******** **** *** ***** ** *********** ** ** ***** ******** ** *** ******* ** ** **** *** ****** **** *** ***** ** *** ***** My Daughter on 14.10.21 had taken the second dose of Influenza Vaccine after her 1st does on 13.9.2021 and the one to be taken on 20.10.21 was just JE (2) Vaccine. I had been busy at work and had to send my sister along with my 6 years old kid. The doctor pressured that 2nd Dose of Influenza vaccine has to be given again although clearly he was the one who had given her the shot last week on the 2nd dose, confuses my sister and injected influenza vaccine (2nd does) in the span of just 1 week. . I am now extremely worried ** **** *** ***** **** ****** ** ** ****** *** *** **** they forcefully made a bill worth 3141 Rs, ******* *** **** *** **** *** ******** ** ** **** *** ** **** I will highly NOT RECOMMEND this hospital *** **** **************** ** *** ******** **** *** ************* ** ********

we went to Dr Prasad on the basis of his amazing reviews. but we were sorely disappointed with the experience. 1. we had to wait for a long time, not because there were other patients before us, but because doctor had reached the cabin 30 minutes late*** *** ******** ********** ** *** ****** **** **** ***** *** **** *** **** ** *********** ** ******* **** ** **** * ***** ****** *** the staff tried very hard to convince us that we should change the hospital where we get our baby vaccinated. doctor even told us 'why are you going to a large hospital, I will do it here at a very low rate'. Doctor getting involved in such topics looked very unprofessional.4. we noticed that the staff was not sanitizing the oxymeter and other equipments. on raising this issue, the doctor replied that as per him, it is the patients responsibility to sanitize the hand before using oxymeter. this did not give us much confidence ** ******* ** ***** ******* ************

I visited him for fever for my daughter. He gave medicines overdoses and whole night my daughter could not sleep. The same situation continued for one week. I saved my daughter as next day I visited another doctor who advised to stop all medicines except calpol. Now I am scared of visiting this doctor. He is child specialist but sees adult also. Two bad things are 1. He is more of a manager than a doctor and 2. All the medicines he prescribes only can be found in his medical store only.

**** ******** ******** ** ** ********* He starts with antibiotics from day 1 of fever and medicines can only be available in his medical store only . *** ******** ********** ******* ****** ** ********** **** *** ** ******** ****** *********** *** *** ***** *** ****** ****** He even treat adults not only to children. Think before visiting this hospital.
