Having a severe ear block and pain it was suggested to me by her to get the ear wash. This is an honest feedback , I booked online Appointment with the doctor , right at the start of the call I told doctor that I have done the tests and scan so it would be beneficial if she can go through the tests and we can go through the problem for accurate diagnosis. Doctor asked me to send through tests and scan . She said she will call me after one and half hour for consultation and any questions I have .
However after few hours she just sent me the prescription.
I sent her multiple messages to check around what time she will call me however she never responded back and never called me. I waited for 24 hours but then she marked consultation complete and no response was provided even to say that she won’t call me as she mentioned at the start.
I wouldn’t recommend her at all, doctor should considerate of patients time and money

She diagnosed the adenoid issue and gave a detailed explanation of the treatment process. She clarified all our queries clearly.
Visited For Ear Wax (Cerumen) Removal
I have no words. I was suffering from a fungal infection in my ear for 3 days. I visited a doctor who did not treat the infection properly. I was even asked to take X-Ray for such small issue. The previous doctor did not even check my ear properly and gave me unnecessary tablets. I was certainly not happy with my experience. Then I visited Dr Manaswini for the ear infection. She patiently listened to my problem. She checked my ear properly and then began with the treatment. I felt so good after the treatment. That extreme pain was gone. She did not give me any unnecessary tablet unlike the previous doctor.

I had visited so many ENTs explaining them my vertigo issues. Most did Dix hallpike tests and when it was negative still they did manuever and said I had BPPV! But I knew more tests had to be done to figure out what problem I have. And Dr Manaswini was the first ENT to suggest a test called VNG to me to diagnose my vertigo problem. She could have just given me medicines like vertin and said take it when vertigo comes. But rather she showed interest to solve my problems. I highly recommend her. Such doctors are gift to our community.
