I had visited the hospital and consulted the doctor as I had urinary related issue. ****** *** **** **** *** ********* Medicine was prescribed by doctor during consultation. Because of current covid issues I was unable to visit again. I have already recommended the doctor to my family or friends. There was no waiting time in the hospital, it was only 10-15 minutes. Doctor advised me to take rest.

He told me to make a scanning I wanted to show him dat report aftr scanning we were waiting for report for more den 3 hrs in hospital only and wen we went to collect report dey told reports are sent through mail you can go and visit d doctor aftr we visit d doctor he told still reports are not updated and he told to make another scanning and again I went to ask a report at reception dey gave me report at dat tym and then i went to show dat report he told I can’t see now come next week dat wat we got a response from him almost we were waiting to show report for more then 5 hrs all d time wen we go to a hospital we should wait for him for atleast for more den 2 to 3 hrs on appointment timings

I was made to wait for 3 hours even after taking the appointment, the doctor had been elsewhere and came late. Charged excess than given in the app.

after the stone removal, I was told by the doctor that there are no stones in my left kidney at all and I'm was rid of stones. I did a ultra sound and went to him for a review only after a week and he said there is a stone in the same operated kidney and he casually said there are chances of stones getting missed during the surgical procedure. it was an emotionally draining and an physically paining experience to be there.
