I am a Counselling Psychologist with an M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology, dedicated to helping individuals navigate emotional and psychological challenges in a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment. My work focuses on supporting clients experiencing anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions. Using an evidence-based approach, I tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Alongside individual counselling, I have experience working in educational and therapeutic settings, facilitating mental health workshops and life skills programs. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and resilience, and my role is to support them in developing greater self-awareness, emotional well-being, and healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges.
