I had initially come for curbing my uncontrollable weight. I had tried many things and failed miserably, each time weighing more than last time. It was more than refreshing to see a doctor who was your friend in this journey. A journey that can be tiresome if not done right. I have lost 2 kgs in 10 days so far.
