I was highly satisfied meeting Ms. Vinny for my diet and nutrition requirement. I am diagnosed with high level of serum creatinine. She suggested a few changes to my diet (which weren't very drastic) but yet when I followed it my glucose levels came to normal range from pre diabetic range. I have started to take my health more seriously now and I have started reading papers and books regarding the root cause of our health issues, apparently out gut/digestive system is hugely responsible for our health. In fact her diet or her approach addressed the changes required for a long term healthy life rather than quick results or quick weightloss. Amazing thing is I was/still am breastfeeding. Without hampering my milk supply my glucose levels came in control with the few changes she advised. Very very happy with it and I am sure I will recommend her as a goto dietician for any health concerns to anyone. Thanks very much Dr Vinny Joglekar.
