I am writing this review to express my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for the outstanding guidance you have provided me. I was facing relationship and Carrer related problems which are restricting my growth in life. But From the very first session, I was immediately put at ease by her warm and welcoming demeanor. I met Uma mam at the lowest peak in my life. I lost my baby and wasn't able to come out of the pain. I was depressed, had anxiety attacks and wasn't even able to sleep for months. The sad part was, my family has been extremely supportive and understanding and I was feeling guilty that I was unable to come out of my situation even with their help. This was where Uma mam helped me. She made me go through the problem as a third person and made me look at myself from the outside. She helped me find strength within me and made me realise that I was the only person who could help myself. This attitude not only helped me in dealing with my present depression but I realised is going to help me in my future situations too. I am very thankful to her for this approach as she not only made me face my present condition but also encouraged me to stay strong in future.

We were referred to Uma, when our 14yr was in her lowest of lows and was going through severe anxiety problems. Though our child was put through counselling therapy prior to approaching Uma, we found that Uma could strike a better rapport with her and gradually directed her to better mental health.

During the whole process Uma guided us on what the situation is and what to expect and how to handle her situation. She always got back on any query whenever we texted her.

Thanks to her intervention our child is in a much much better .
