I went to her at a low time in life and she helped me understand the workings of the brain, emotions and guided with tools and exercises that helped me grow. I am a reader and she gauged that to which she often referenced books that I could read. I grew really fast with her and felt independent to cope with my issues.

Marriage counselling was something new to me therefore, me and my partner was skeptic about the process. Me and my husband are undergoing marital counselling with Dr.Tanya and she is very patient with us. She listens to our issues and gives us appropriate guidance on solving those.
