I contacted Dr Shrishti for weight loss with PCOD. I'm the kind of person who have never been on diet and didn't believe in diet till now. But due to PCOD, I put on weight and I didn't like that. Dr. Shrishti helped me losing weight the right way keeping my medical condition in mind. She gave diet plan and took weekly follow up. I didn't follow diet many times, but to my surprise, managed to loose 4 kg in 25 days 😁. For me it was an achievement. I am really excited to share my review here, i was suffering from major health issue that was making me lose weight daily , i was in initial stage of IBS and after getting in tough with Shrishti things have changed totally, she is very soft spoken and she laid out the whole diet plan for me which has helped me a lot to my benefit and also the diet she recommended is better than what I was used to eating before and I can feel the difference within me , she is always there to help , she contacts on a regular basis to check on my status which has helped me a lot lately , I would definitely recommend her for anyone who is suffering from similar problems like me or even more .

Dr. Shristi is a wonderful person. I began my weightloss journey just a month before. She has given me the diet plan which suits my body and which can be easily prepared at home. Shrishti is a wonderful person to talk to first then she is a strict and friendly dietician. I always feel so comfortable talking to her for anything I need to know. She is available most of the times. As my case is high risk pregnancy it was very well managed by her diet alone. Which is very much diverse and designed as per my choice of food.
