I visited Dr Srijita for school related issues for my kid. She could make my son feel comfortable very easily. She was very friendly and extremely patient. She spent a long time with my kid and with me individually and tried to go deep into his concerns.

She didn't seem interested at all, and was sleepy during the whole session and it was so irritating for me that I dropped my plan to go to her next session even though I really felt like I needed help.
It was very unprofessional and I am not clinically depressed but imagine someone who is and experience this kind of behaviour​ might just throw them off the edge.
