I have been on medication but still have ongoing difficulties in managing my symptoms. I have been consulting him as and when it gets overwhelming for me. I am highly impressed with his kind of psychotherapy. I have often found myself feeling empowered and amazing after consulting with him. He has deeply influenced me, propelled me in a direction of self-awareness and has a massive contribution in my journey of self-transformation. I deeply appreciate the work he is doing ! I have had two meets with him for anxiety. In the first session, he explained my issue in depth and readily dealt with all of my doubts. He helped me gain varied perspectives towards my problems, boosted my confidence and also helped me come up with a concrete career option.

In the second session, talking to him felt like I was talking to a friend. And this is what I like the most about his approach. I feel relaxed, positive and light hearted after attending the sessions. He also enables you to make your own decisions by providing you enough guidance and support.

I highly recommend Mr. Sreevathsa, he was patient and allowed me to put my thoughts out and asked the relavent questions which allowed me to have a fresh perspective on things. He was also kind and open to giving advise which allowed me to analyse situation with clarity.

When i told Me Sreevathsa i had been diagnosed with Dysthymia, ** ****** ** ** **** ** ****** ***** *** **** ***** * *** * *** ***** ***** I didn't focus much on that. I explained my predicament and after hearing me out he stated very general statements regarding what is personality, self respect, how i should just forgive and let go of the situation and i didn't feel he heard my story when I tried to ask him how does this relate to my story. Towards the end he asked me a question on what i expect out of the situation i answered that i want to be "cordial" and he replied you don't want to be cordial what you want to be is "friendly". I said it is the same thing. He stated cordial means intimacy. I was really shocked. He didn't stop there he went to explain cordial comes from the word cord which means heart hence intimacy.*** **** ** * ********* *** **** *** **** *** ******* ** *** **** ******** **** ** ** ****** **** **** ** ***** ** ******* ****** ** *** ***** ******* ***** ** *********** And what i am even more concerned for some one who is seeking professional help and hence writing this review.

I've been to counselling before and although I agree that I am stubborn when emotional, I've still found a psychologist can calm and center you and at the absolute basic is not judgmental. This helps you to open up and receive advice. I booked with Mr.Sreevathsa for bettering conflict resolution in my relationship. Without much background I felt Mr Sreevathsa had made his conclusion to end the relationship ******* ******** ********** *****. I actually had to try and convince him that I may have mis represented my relationship in the 20mins i spoke and allow me to plead my partners persective. But Mr. Sreevathsa repeated what he said without even changing phrasing. I may have not understood him **** ** * **** ** ** ********* ** ** ******** **** ** **** **** ; hope he can change his approach of explaining his perspective to a patient when stuck at a standstill. I do appreciate how he spoke with my partner on the call cause he's open to more counselling going forth. So thank you for that :).

The doctor is very friendly and amazing. Even though this was my first session, I am looking forward to have few more sessions with him and understand myself. The Doc breaks down your situations and also the most important point, he is very passionate and has the patience to listen what I wanted. Thanks alot.

One of the best person, who can counsel, guide and show the actual path of life.. Initially i was never a satisfied person, depressed about past life..After i met Dr Srivatsa sir, im completely a new man with new perception and proper goal in life.. Counselling would be more like friendly father or old friend rather than merely doctor-patient relationship..

Doctor was very courteous and made me very comfortable so that I could share in a proper manner .

I was not able to think clearly about how to solve my problems.Speaking with Dr Sreevathsa really has been helping me to clarify many things, clear my mind and discuss on what I should keep my focus on. Without him, I realised I struggled to find my focus and the way forward. Dr Sreevathsa is not just a good counsellor, but also a very good coach, who works with you to find the way forward, and adopt the right attitude and approach going forward.
