I had a good experience with the counselor as she helped me come out of my problem not by giving me a solution but by helping me understand n resolve it on my own. The best quality that I found in her is that she has a profound knowledge about her subject; she removes all the apprehensions that we have about our condition; listens patiently to everything we want to say; receives us with a broad smile; helps us look at the positive side of any situation; isn't biased n helps us look at the issue from different perspectives; appreciates our ideas n actions if she feels we have done a great job; guides us with a lot of ideas that we need to put into practice; not very stringent with time duration; depending on our state of mind the time is extended; you feel at ease while sharing your problems with her; overall a very friendly n good counselor!

This is a life changing experience. I wonder how easy my life is now. I never thought i could come up from my anxiety and other issues ever. After the first session itself i got a hope. I am in so much of energy and in peace now. All thanks to soja mam!

Dr.Soja is a very friendly and compassionate person,very patient in understanding the problems.I met her when I was going through a rough time and the counselling sessions with her helped and reassured me to take the right path and regain my confidence and get back to good health.I am thankfull to her for all the support provided.

I would highly recommend Ms. Soja. She is highly qualified, ************* caring and above all posssess that extra flair to handle patients. Ms. Soja's listening and communication skills are really commendable. I approached her with an anxiety issue which was almost leading to deppression - I was completely cured with just 6 counselling sessions. She used scientific techiques to morivate and also demonstrated high level of patience while handling me as a patient. I felt she always empathised my situation and guided me back to normal life!

I am extremely glad to have chosen to approach Ms. Soja to help me overcome my exam anxiety and the overwhelming pressure. I us d to score not more than 50% in first two semesters at college. But after I began consulting her, sharing my problems and following her advises, I was able to effectively cope with my anxiety and write my exams well. Believe it or not, I was able to score 79% in my third semester. She was extremely understanding and I could talk openly to her about not just my exam anxiety, but about anything and everything. I'd recommend her to any student out there going through similar issues.

She is a good listener and understand person's problem to the core. Moreover, her friendly behavior and easy reach, make patient comfortable to explain his/her problem. *** ***** *** ******* **** *** treat the patient with utmost care. Within 3-4 session itself, there was drastic improvement in patient's thought process. I recommend Ms. Soja with a 10/10 rating.

I had an issue with my marriage and divorce proceedings were to start. It was a period of intense stress and anxiety more so as my child was involved. After a few consultations with Ms Soja, the stress reduced greatly and direction became clear to me.

Her step by step process adopted, of my sharing anxieties in my mind with her and working out solutions myself based on current realities went a long way in giving me the comfort that I had done my best under the circumstances.

She gave us an appointment in short notice based on my request. Received warmly. Carefully listened our issues. Gave us time for individual discussion and collective discussion. Later seperate sittings and helped us to solve our issues. Very much thankful for her help and advice.

Souja madam is an excellent counsellor. I consulted to her because I was phase many issues with family, friends and in office.After consulting her I come to know that I am in depression. Her advises her guidens really helped me to come out of depression. She is very friendly, easily accessible, very helpful, we can call her any time.I was having a thought of committing suicide but now with help of her guidens I come out of all negative thoughts and enjoying my life with family and friends.

Couldn't have asked for anything better, my experience with doctor Soja was very good. She is understanding, helpful and helps you get to the depth of your problems. I have felt so much better ever since I started visiting. Highly recommended!
