A friend recommended me to have a session with Ms. Shravya. In the past I have had a bad experience with therapist, so naturally I was skeptical. But I needed help so, decided to book an appointment for online session with Ms Shravya and very glad that I did.

After a month of weekly sessions I can say that I am in good hands. Finally I am being heard, understood and not judged. Ms Shravya is a great listener and guide. She is compassionate and empathetic. She carefully asks what I want to work on and doesn’t force her opinion. She is very professional. With her help my troubles are bothering me lesser and lesser every passing week. Her sessions are very useful and she gives a fair amount of attention to your side of the story. She also plans her sessions well, with each one meant to address a specific issue, while still remaining flexible to pivot to your emergent needs.
