Personally what I feel that it's very important for a patient to be comfortable with the doctor. Otherwise things will never progress. That's what I felt when I met Dr Shobha. She is not only friendly but also empathetic and a keen listner. I always feel an aura around her and get that positive energy whenever I meet her or talk to her on phone. The best thing about her is she genuinely and selflessly wants to help her patients. I mean at times she goes out of her way to help. Which now a days is very rare to see.
