Shoba is a a certified instructor from American Lung Association trained to conduct sessions on smoking cessation and has an MBA from USA. She has extensive experience working as Counsellor with schools and colleges, including Deens Academy. Shoba has conducted online counselling across the world during the pandemic especially for young adults. Ms Jacob is very friendly and helpful. My friend suggested counselling and I was not sure what to expect from a counseling session. Only video consultation was available and I was very nervous and anxious. Ms Jacob explained everything well and I felt very comfortable. It did not feel like a video consultation after a point. I wish she had a better schedule and availablilty. Highly recommend her.
