Rooplata is my third therapist and I am continuing with out a break for over an year now. Me and wife started consulting Therapist Rooplata for couple sessions to understand our problems in our relationship. As like any therapy session the initial sessions was uncomfortable, and I took my time to build trust and safe place to discuss deep internal issues. What stood out with her compared to my previous therapists was her unique strategy and technique, her questions are thought provoking for me, never once she used typical psychological terminologies, no labelling of your situation, no conclusions by her, all whilst maintaining the lighter note as you always have chances to laugh and smile which is unlike to any therapy sessions I have ever had in my experience. She takes notes. She remembers details and brings back at the right moment to connect the dots. She listens most of the time and let you complete your sentences, and somehow makes us reach our own conclusions, solutions, perspectives., which stays and rooted with our own reasoning. She takes a role more like as a Guide to my inner self to see issues I never saw within me before. It does made me feel like most of the work was done by me as the patient but this was her intention. I felt her questions powerful and sometimes it shatters your notions and it did helped me learn how to see the causes and find solutions for the problems myself. She sends reminders before sessions which is also helpful in your busy life battles you are already in. I would recommend to my friedns and family.
