Ms. Richa is a trained Counselling Psychologist. She has also done a certificate course in Counselling Skills from Bangalore. Her extensive experience in the field and her acquaintance with all kinds of cases makes her a well-versed counsellor.She has experience in working with clients from different backgrounds in different setups, such as rehabilitation center, mental health institution, university, and independent consultation. Her interest covers self-esteem, parenting, adolescents issues, stress management in academia and work, anxiety and depression, relationship issues.She is passionate towards working with individuals of all age and believe in holistic well-being. She has been working with NGO's to improve the quality of life of people. Also, she has conducted various workshops and provided life skills training in different schools and colleges in order to make them aware of their own psychological conditions. She has a unique way of dealing with cases which vary depending on the patient’s age group, his/her social background, family background and other influential factors. Her guidance and counseling methods have helped many of her patients see their lives from a different perspective.
