Rekha is a post-graduate from the University of Mysore with a Masters in Food Science and Nutrition specialising in Nutrition counselling. She is a Nutritionist and a Clinical Dietitian with over 16 years of healthcare experience. She is a lifetime member of the Indian Dietetic Association (IDA) and Nutrition Society of India (NSI). Her portfolio of work has included nutrition counselling, food content writing, menu planning, media work, delivering various group talks/seminars. Health comes first and her aim is to empower everyone to sustain and live a better life that comes with good health, love and laughter.Rekha is passionate about food, health and well-being and enjoys getting creative in the kitchen. She is a certified yoga Instructor from Svyasa University and practices and teaches yoga regularly.
