Ms. Ranjani Raman is a Dietitian, Child Nutritionist, and a Certified Diabetes Educator. She is also certified by the University Grants Commission (UGC) for lectureship all over India and holds a life membership in the Indian Dietetic Association. Me and my husband enrolled with Ranjani and team for the 3-month program.
We enrolled so that we get into a habit of controlled eating along with Nutrition benefits.
Initial 2 weeks was indeed a struggle however post that when the weight as well as bloating was getting reduced, that became a motivation to follow the diet. Their plan included our cooking style and food preferences. We enrolled for a sustainable food habit and not hard weight reduction plan, however with correct proportion of food, the weight reduction also happened. They also guide you when you have to attend any occasion or taste/crave for some specific cuisine in the right way. I understood the importance of eating the right food at right time.
One can join if you need someone to help you, support you, someone to push you even if you tend to deviate.

First of all, I am truly grateful to Dr Ranjani and Srinithi for introducing me to a healthy and diverse range of food options.
My lipid profile such as cholesterol and triglycerides were quite high, and I was advised to start medication. Around that time, I was introduced to Nutrition Tattva. Dr Ranjani and her team designed a personalized diet plan, and I was extremely happy to see a significant improvement in my lipid profile within just 6 weeks through dietary changes.
What started as a diet plan eventually transformed my overall approach to food and health.
White rice used to be my only staple food, but now I have been introduced to millets, oats, and brown rice. I have become much more mindful about portion sizes and understand food ingredients better. Feeling blessed that I decided to chose Nutrition Tattva for my nutrition journey of 6 months. They totally transitioned my perspective about food. Yes, food really heals which I didn't believe until I joined them. Every month my blood parameters proved it. I was eating monotonously every day thinking that its healthy but got bored of it literally, that's when I decided to go for a nutritionist. Now I am literally feasting everyday and I feel excited on everyday menu. They made me to eat variety of foods everyday, it's just simple meals, fruits and veggies. Nothing fancy. Changes in diet plans every 2 weeks kept me interesting and to understand what's next? ***** **********They accomodate and respect your food preferences, monitor and make plans after reviewing blood parameters every month which means that their nutrition plan is not only about weight loss but more about healing health. I started with Nutrition Tattva at a point where I had almost given up on losing weight.
I was constantly bloated, had frequent headaches, insomnia, irritability, and absolutely zero energy at any point during the day. At 43, I genuinely believed losing even one more kilo was impossible. I blamed everything on perimenopause, or so I thought. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
The first three days completely shocked me. I was eating so much food that I couldn’t even finish my portions. I kept wondering how on earth they expected me to lose weight while feeding me this much!

My 5-Month Weight Loss and Blood Sugar Transformation Journey
(14 July 2025 – 06 December 2025)
I am extremely happy to share my wonderful 5-month health transformation journey. When I began this programme on 14th July 2025, my weight was 117.65 kg and my blood sugar levels were FBS: 121 mg/dL, PPBS: 180 mg/dL, and HbA1c: 7.5.
With the expert guidance of Ms. Ranjani Raman from Nutrition Tattva an excellent dietician, and her dedicated coordinator Ms. Srinithi Kennedy, I followed a very well-designed and strict 16-week diet plan tailored to my food preferences. Their continuous support, daily motivational guidance, inspirational WhatsApp messages, and monthly follow-up meetings helped me stay focused and consistent.
By 06th December 2025, I successfully reduced my weight to 97 kg, achieving a remarkable weight loss of 20 kg. My blood sugar levels also improved significantly to FBS: 105 mg/dL, PPBS: 112 mg/dL, and HbA1c: 5.9, all within just 5 months.
Today, after completing this programme, I feel younger, fitter, and more energetic in managing my daily tasks. I am sincerely grateful to Ms. Ranjani and Ms. Srinithi for their patience, encouragement, and exceptional guidance throughout my journey.
