Doctor helped to fix the problems in our life. My wife and I had many problems with different opinions. Doctor did not mention or point out who was wrong. I feel that might have been pointed out, so that any one of us could have corrected or avoided in the future. Other than that, doctor was very helpful in every possible ways.

I wasn't sure what to expect from therapy but my sessions with Pushpanjali have been invaluable. She made me feel completely at ease discussing anything that was on my mind, and being able to let my guard down and express difficult emotions was a huge relief.Her patience, understanding and guidance have enabled me to make positive changes in myself.from the first session itself I could see the difference in my thinking.I would definitely recommend Pushpanjali she is a wonderful therapist and I am very glad to know she is there if I need any future help. The appointment was an advertisement for choosing their package of 5 sessions, that too paid from my pocket. These things should be advised by some clerk or other employees. Doctor should try to listen to our problems in the consultation time, rather than listing the advantages of their package.Funny thing is that we went there with lots of disagreements, but after the session, we both agreed on one thing: that it was bad and we strove to avoid such scenarios again.

I had a really nice experience with Dr. Pushpanjali. She was very friendly and patient. Just following the treatment and activities she advised helped me get better and see life in a more positive light. Definitely recommended.

Pushpanjali helped me in identifying the traps I was falling in. How the brain finds a workaround if healthy coping mechanisms are not applied. She clearly made me understand how to navigate through the exercises. The maximum focus was on mindfulness and how powerful this tool is.
