Priyanka Ma'am was able to help me think through a lot of thoughts that made me feel extremely stuck at the time. She was always polite and never judged me. It’s not a quick fix but with the will to put in mechanisms that maam gave me and realisations that I was able to have through therapy, I am doing much better now and am able to cope with my anxiety and depression a lot better. I believe the whole experience was new to me as this was my first interaction with a counselor. She was extremely understanding throughout and approached my issues in a way that made me feel heard as she understood the mechanics of my thought process. I will definitely contact her again in the future if I feel I need to reach out again.

It was my first experience with any sort of therapist, at the beginning all of us want to make sure that what we have chosen is right, and most of us tend to change as many therapists to have correct guidance.
