I had a shoulder pain which lasted for about 1.5 years, I had visited many doctors before Prachi but there was hardly any recovery. Meeting Prachi was truly a blessing, physio sessions with her helped ease my pain drastically in just 1-2 weeks, and I recovered from this pain in just 1 month. She has a holistic approach to treatment - along with physio exercises, she focuses on stress levels and nutrition too. I visited doctor Prachi last week for my rib pain .I have severe pain in front as well as back due to displacement of a rib.She diagnosed the problem and made me do necessary exercises .She listens to the problem with patience and provides correct set of exercises which helped in reduction of pain fast. I have visited her earlier as well for my frozen shoulder and she treated me with just a few set of exercises.She is my "go to doctor " whenever I have any sort of body pain.

I have been suffering from lower back pain, neck and shoulder pain for as long as I can remember.

This time around I decided to consult Dr Prachi and go for a longer course/sessions.

She patiently worked through each individual issue and provided expert advice on what might be wrong. There are so many exercises and their variations that she advised for mobility and strengthening.

My back pain is almost gone now. And the others are manageable asI work through them. Even if it troubles, I know what kind of stretches I should focus on. She explains the exercises and what muscles they focus on and how they would help.

I met an accident while playing football in Bangalore and my knee ligament ACL got teared. I went to the Dr. Prachi Arya for post surgery treatment and within 1 month I am able to complete bend my knee, after 1 month i am able to drive car, after 7 weeks I am able to ride bike and able to play TT. Just completed 2 months after surgery and expecting I will able to participate competitive level football after 6 months.

She is very much friendly, give time to understand patient problem and explained the usefulness of the particular exercise.

Doctor is very friendly and pays deep attention to the health issues of her patients. She identified the issue with my heavily sprained ankle and how it hasn’t heeled with time properly and gave proper mobility exercises with electrical stimulation to properly heal the area. Also i had better knee and hip mobility post completing the sessions which was lacking earlier due to previous injury.

Last 3 years I was suffer with sciatica pain because of disc bulge. Met many physiotherapists and orthopaedics but there was not much improvement. Since I have started to take sessions with Dr Prachi there is lot of improvement. I am so happy with her way of treatment as she works on root cause and gives enough time to patients to understand.

Have been suffering from Chronic pain due to Tennis Elbow since last 6 months. The exercises she recommended provided relief and within 2 weeks time I could feel the difference and pain was reduced. I don't have wear Elbow Bands anymore. With 5-10 Minutes of exercises she recommended i was able to nurse and cure the chronic pain.

She explained the reason as to why issue occurred and based on the root cause recommended exercises.

My daughter had a stiff neck caused due to a compressed nerve caused due to excessive physical strain. She was unable to move her neck and had acute pain.

With Dr Prachi's physiotherapy sessions, she was relieved of the pain and was able to mobilize her neck.

Would highly recommend her as she has very good grasp of the issue and resolution. She explains about the issue and each step of the treatment given very nicely.

I went with deep muscle pain which was impacting my work as I was not able to sit for long duration and work. It got relieved with the pain in few sessions. Doctor has lot of patience to listen to issues and is well aware of what exercises will help address the problem.

The treatment does not involve using any machines or medicines but just stretches to relieve pain and exercises to strengthen muscles. Am glad I found the doctor and feels so good to be relieved of pain 😊.

She is very friendly doctor ,she teach all small small exercises which normally we don't do at home some body areas we don't us regularly and she tell me very easy exercise to do at home and my nack pain is now recover.
