Seeing these results pushed me and gave the confidence I needed to be consistent and achieve my target weight. I was healthier, more alert, more energetic and saw a decline in unwanted hunger cravings.
Through the course of the program, Pooja was a much-needed guide. She helped me understand the program, monitor me on a consistent basis, and gave me the support (mentally and physically) I needed to complete the program, and in a gradual process as per Pooja's guidance incorporate a diet with my regular food.
In my opinion, the ProGen Method was like a reset button I needed to get my health and fitness in check and start making smart choices with food and exercising to lead an active lifestyle.
