You are having tremendous knowledge on how to turn breach baby head down and make ready towards easy delivery.Breathing techniques helped me a lot to recover and cope up on delivery time. My experience with your yoga class is excellent. I started my prenatal yoga journey with Dr Pooja Shah during my 5th month.
Yoga made me emotionally stable, it gave me more confidence and I also connected with my unborn baby.
Your session are a perfect mix of everything the streches, relaxation, mediation and strength training and breathing practices for pain management were very useful.
I feel very confident for the labour and all prepared.
The best part is she is always available to solve any doubts I have through my pregnancy.

I contacted Dr pooja for pre natal yoga in my third trimester. Despite being a completely inactive person, i could see a drastic change in my posture, energy levels ony after 5 or 6 classes. She identified a muscle problem in my body by just looking at the posture and treated it accordingly.
Its a complete program, starting from pre natal care to post natal care, labour signs, how to hande labour pain, breast feeding, baby care...she will cover all these topics during your yoga sessions.
She makes you feel that every thing is going to be normal and is just a whatsapp msg away.

I would say meeting Dr. Pooja was one of the most beautiful things that happened in my pregnancy journey. I was a person who was no way connected to yoga. Met Dr pooja in Assure clinic after my gyneacologist recommended to just have a talk with her during the fifth month of my pregnancy. Dr. Pooja did explain the need of exercise and yoga in a perfectly convincing manner. She did patiently study my body and structured the exercises according to my body type and tolerence level. I Started feeling the difference in my body. My body has become more flexible in these 5 months. She would resolve the concerns we raise and make sure that we are completely okay with the exercises we do. She is very kind and easy to approach. Anytime any doubt my go to person is Pooja. I strongly recommend her.
Dr Pooja is quite the perfectionist and sincerely dedicated to her field of Naturopathy. When my body reacted badly to one of the detox procedures, she was the one consistently there pretty much the whole time and making sure i got better. I took 2 days.
I have periodically enrolled in her online yoga classes during covid and often taken Consultations on phone. And I have to say by far she is 1 of the best yoga teachers in my experience (and she is not the 1st one i have learnt from) i like the body 1st experiencial teaching methods, her prompts and instructions have made me understand my body's movements better. I like how the focus is on enhancing the "listening to our body" than just mindless physical movement. As a person she is very logical, truthful and empathetic, as someone in this profession must be.

I started pre natal yoga from my 5th month of pregnancy under Dr. Pooja. Her sessions includes relaxation, stretching, knowledge on pre labour signs, breast feeding, breathing techniques, pain management techniques. She is a very much calm and composed practitioner. I am very much confident and positive about my pregnancy journey after having yoga and knowledge sessions with her.

Her classes are very good.
One thing which she said has stuck with me was "The delivery is 20% physical and 80% mental"
Which was very true.
Her breathing techniques and pain management techniques were very useful during my labour.
I'll surely be visiting her for my postnatal classes.

She visits my home thrice a week for yoga. i had backpain from 4th month itself but after joining her classes I don’t have any backpain even in 32 weeks of pregnancy.
She’s polite and takes utmost care of tour comfort during yoga sessions. She helps me understand and continuously asks about the part on which I get stretch during a particular aasana to ensure there is no incorrect posture or discomfort due to posture.
I highly recommend her for yoga.

I visited the doctor for Yoga during my second trimester.
She took her time to explain the changes during pregnancy and the benefits of yoga fro the baby and me.
After joining her class I found it easier to breathe which I was struggling with also my flexibility improved immensely even during pregnancy.
She also took care of all other expects like breastfeeding and shared many pain management techniques.
