I had been struggling through psychological issues for a long time. Recently, It felt like I was in a pit from where it seemed like it was next to impossible to get out of. The thing is during such a hard time, it is difficult to understand the problem going on.Dr Nitin is a calm, humble, empathetic and knowledgeable person who listens to the problem, empathises properly, provides different aspects to look at the issue and then gives the solution.I would definitely recommend him as unlike others he doesn't throw heavy psychological terms but gives plain, simple solutions which are easy to implement. I had been to other counselors before reaching out to him but here I started to recover and become aware of myself.I certainly understand that it is not that in one session or two, the therapist would do something that will just re-scramble my thoughts mysteriously. And I feel the best part is that you gain different perspectives and self-knowledge which helps in the long run.With time, patience, a support system and especially With Dr. Nitin's guidance I am now able to recover to a certain extent.
