She is very friendly.she explains very well how to work with kids.the way of handling my son we're very happy.no need to wait ,she gives correct time schedule.even ten minutes delay also she will inform before.we are happy to attend therapies with her.we saw a lot of improvement on my child.she have much space and materials to work with different age group kids.
