I went for nutrition consulting. Dr. Neha listens to your daily ritual and eating habits and notes every thing. She provided me diet chart that we could cook at home easily and not very costly. In case things are not easily available or too costly to afford you can openly mention and she will suggest alternatives. She also takes care of your preferences like veg, non-veg etc and prepares the diet chart. In my first 45 days of following diet chart up to 90% I have lost 6 kya and feels more energetic. In few days I will progress to alternate diet plan she will be sharing with me. I am quite satisfied with the results and would recommend her contact to others looking for diet consulting.

She is a great nutritionist who listens very patiently to everything that you have to say, considers all your health conditions, family health history and food restrictions and then provides a customized diet chart. She is easily accessible through WhatsApp and call to help you with your issues even after providing the diet chart. She is able to provide a lot of healthy alternatives if you are not okay with a particular food item.

I am really happy with the diet charts provided by her as I am able to have healthy weight management while still keeping my energy high during this phase. I highly recommend her for pregnancy diets!

Dr ,Neha very friendly and did listen to my entire routine and worked out my diet plans accordingly. The plans which were given to me were practically possible. She does not rely on expensive super foods and the diet plan is based on the food that we normally consume. At times when it was not possible to follow the diet due to travel or other commitments she suggests alternate solutions for those situations. I lost 11 kgs in 3 months also my cholesterol level has come down due to weight reduction and I am happy about the results. Also since I am following the instructions I am able to maintain the weight which is the most important thing since weightloss can never be one time effort. I met Dr Neha for diet consultation. I was deficient on vit b12, and iron. I was also on a higher side of cholesterol and blood sugar. She advised with a diet plan along with some general do's and don'ts which are easy to follow.

Loosely following the guidelines for 2 months helped me cut down 4 kgs for weight and reach my ideal body weight. I'm yet to test blood sugar and cholesterol level again to check the improvement.

One good thing in doc Neha which is differentiate from other docs in these days is giving more time to understand the existing life style of patients like what they like to eat, working lifestyle, history of patients like any pre identified desiease, even in with parents. Other thing I like most in doc Neha, that she don't force to eat anything which patients doesn't like to eat and don't prescribed anything which needed to be hunt in specialised stores, both really maters to keep going with the diet prescribed.
