Ms Navya is an RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 2+ experience in the field. She has completed her MPhil from JSS Hospital, Mysuru and her MSc from Christ (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. In her time in the field she has worked with multiple mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Substance Abuse, personality disorders and childhood disorders such as autism, ADHD, learning disability etc. She has worked with a wide range of population from children to older population. She is also well versed with various psychological assessments that facilitate a smoother therapy process. Through her journey she has become skilled at providing Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivation Enhancement Therapy (MET), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Behaviour Therapy (BT). She has also worked on men’s mental health through her research that focused on psychological experiences of first time fathers. With internship experiences in various hospitals in Bengaluru and Hyderabad and a teaching experience as an Assistant Professor of Psychology, she has gained knowledge in the field for the past 9 years. She believes in every individual’s innate capability to become their best self and therapy as a facilitator for the same.
