If I were to summarise my experience in a few sentences it would not do justice to how my sessions with Navya have helped me immensely. As much as it is said that unless one seeks help, one cannot be helped, it also is true that the one from whom you seek help makes a tremendous impact to alleviate your troubles. Navya has helped me and continues to with breaking down things into understandable details. She gives you a plethora of points and allows you to connect them and reflect upon them. I have to add that her patience and attention to details is exemplary; i have in the past sought help but with Navya I see myself onto acceptance and being a better and learned version of myself. I have only good things to say and would highly recommend her.

Ms. Navya is very good at counselling people out of their fears and anxiety disorders. She understood well exactly what I was going through. And she knew how much she can support and how much I had to do myself. And she constantly kept on moving me in the right direction and brought me to the right frame of mind step by step. I am completely satisfied with all the sessions that I did and doing well since my last session with Navya.
Dr. Navya makes you feel very comfortable during the process of sharing the concerns. Extremely professional yet friendly. Listens thoroughly and provides a different take on the problem/gives you a different perspective. Strongly recommend her and this clinic.
