It was one of my friends who recommended me this rehabilitation centre. I was experiencing terrible lower back pain which was also radiating to back of my thigh. Immediately i booked my appointment the time i reached there Dr Naman took my consultation he is very calm and composed personality under his guidance in an 14 days session, i was made to do certain stuff not only Dr Naman but also his subordinates were very helpfull and today is the day i can do anything I want to do without woring about my pain.

I had visited Dr. Naman for back of neck, shoulder and upper back pain. The diagnosis was done is a very detailed manner. He had proposed to do 1 session of therapy and if I am happy i could go with either 7 days, 10 days or 14 days therapy plan. His recommendation was 14 days because even if the pain subsidies to ensure pain does not come again and for building habit of strengthening of back 14 days plan is ideal.

I did the first session and was really happy with the result. As physiotherapy is done without any medicine, the pain had reduced substantially with just few therapies. As such, I decided to go for the 14 days plan as I have been suffering from Back pain for last 2-3 years. I am currently in my 7th session and my pain is gone & I can feel my back strengthening.

I would recommend Dr. Naman to anyone who is suffering from any pain in their body.

I went to the naman doctor consultation for the back pain problem. When I go first time he explains my health conditions in a good manner. Later he explains what precautions need to take care in our daily life. After the first session good relief from the pain. At the end of 7th day no pain at all but I think fees little bit more.

I found a lot of benefit during my sessions with Dr. Naman who is knowledgeable and motivating. The sessions were structured well and he was very dedicated during the process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking at therapy, rehabilitation and fitness as a goal.

Dr Naman did my therepy post elbow fracture, initially i had very less movement while extension and flexion but after attending 2-3 weeks of session the movement was almost restored. He also suggested lots of exercises to overcome stiffness and told different hot and cold contrast therepy to get quick relief from pain. I would recommend everyone to reach out to him for any physiotherapy needs.

Naman has a deep knowledge about what he does. He took 15 mins just to explain me how the pain has occurred at the first place and how it can reduce.

Followed by his suggestion, took the session and it was indeed relaxing.

Surely gonna continue with few more sessions.

I am into long distance running and recently I faced an injury in my Soleus muscle due to over use of the muscle. Within a month I was able to run again and I finished a marathon in Ladakh.
