Inevitability and uncertainty of life has always baffled me and unfortunately not all of us have the right resources to handle it. I believe by seeking and receiving help one can make life simpler to handle any of these stressors. My interest lies in making life a little easier by providing space to heal and resources to strive forward. As a client centered therapist, I believe each of us have the ability to understand and unravel our potential and work through our deepest fears, as a therapist I would nudge my clients in that direction. To help me in this path, I have been trained in a range of evidence-based psychological interventions including Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Cognitive behavioral Therapy, Mentalization Based Treatment and Mindfulness based treatment approaches. My educational background includes MPhil and MSc in Clinical Psychology and a licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Bengaluru, India. I have experience in dealing with a wide range of clinical presentations such as mood and anxiety spectrum disorders, addiction and personality disorders. In addition to carrying out various Psychological assessments and working with corporate organizations in alleviating stress and improving wellbeing at work. Largely driven by curiosity and gratitude, I absolutely enjoy reading books and playing with my furry pals. I’m committed to individual care and working towards inclusion and in providing mental health care of the highest standards.
