Ms. Komal Narang

My experiences with previous doctors and counselors have not been very good. But I am glad that I found Komal Ma'am as not only my counselor but also my mentor. She very patiently listens to my problems and is not at all judgmental about them. She does not recommend medications or trips to other doctors unnecessarily. I find her quite genuine not only as a couselor but also also as a person. She helped me in not only getting out of the dreadful phase of my life but also taught me several tools and techniques to stay a happy and a healthy life in future. Staying away from family, I atleast now feel quite assured and secure thinking that I have someone with whom I can discuss all my problems and that she will definitely provide me a logical solution to it. Her counselling therapies are so wonderful that each session has taught me a new things about me and has helped me in analyzing my behavior and actions in a better way. I meet Komal Ma'am ** *** **** **** ***** ********** and I still continue to meet her not as a counseller but as someone from my family even after the sessions are over :). I just love speaking to her and the way she helps me in thinking in depth about my life and other things around me. After her sessions now I have become a more positive and happy person and feel empowered. Actually her therapies made me feel empowered. I would recommend her to everyone. Even if someone just wishes to talk to a counselor and not visit her for detailed counselling sessions, you can see her once and she will provide a whole different perspective of your problems which will make you think in a very positive way !!

Her talk therapy is extremely powerful & effectively helpful at the same time- she practically would help explain the fallacies of a faulty belief system & attempt to restore the balance by attempting to correct the same.

I have been going for counselling to Ms. Komal Narang for about three months, and I must say that it has been a wonderful journey of self-improvement and learning. She is excellent. And will understand the problem very quickly.

I had five sessions with her for my anxiety. She found the problem for the first session itself. She helped me to come out of all my negative thoughts and fear and suggested me to join for yoga after the sessions completed. The decision to select a therapist was not an easy one but going by other reviews I chose to see Komal for the tough phase I was going through and she didn't disappoint me. She is friendly as well as very professional. Depression is different for different people and she made sure I followed the treatment that would be best suitable for me. I gradually found myself reaching at answers during talk therapy which in fact is a major step toward healing. If you're in a fix and have lost hope, Ms. Komal is your go to person.

What I liked most about Dr.Komal is her ability to comprehend my problems at a human and emotional level than just giving textbook definitions.
