Her way of speaking and addressing concerns is truly wonderful, and every session leaves you feeling lighter and smiling. I would definitely recommend her, especially for the younger generation.
She was very open and non-judgmental, creating a safe space for me. I appreciated how she challenged my negative thoughts using cognitive psychology. I highly recommend her services!
