Since the end of December, I've lost 5vkilos

Ayesha has helped me improve my eating habits. I now make sure to read labels, and I cut out unhealthy snacking between meals. Along with creating healthy eating habits, I also make sure to go for plenty of walks. Since losing weight, I find that I have more energy and the walks are no longer tiring like they used to be. Over the past few months, I have lowered my blood pressure and my cholesterol. Ayesha has been a great help, during our consultations, she has provided me with great advice and continued words of encouragement. With Ayesha aid, I have been able to successfully lose weight and keep it off. I really feel great!

I have tried other methods of losing weight but Ayesha's was very different. She makes you feel comfortable and what surprised me was she took in details of different cuisines I like to eat and made a diet chart according to that. At first I was totally foxed as many of the things I had not heard of and even eaten but she had told me that it will take 3 months to settle which was exactly what happened. I am very happy with my weight loss for which total credit goes to her for guidance and follow up and understanding my situation. Since I have not been successful losing weight elsewhere I feel Ayesha is a keeper as I am very happy and positive now and she has changed my life and outlook 360 degrees.

I heard of Ayesha through a friend who was also under her guidance for nutritional needs. Even during the very first consult Ayesha made me feel super comfortable and I was able to have a frank discussion wrt my goals and limitations. I was looking for a customized nutrition plan and tips on what would work for my body type and goals (I am into strength training and moving towards power lifting). She patiently answered all my queries and set short term achievable targets which in turn are helping me achieve my long term goal of maintaining a healthy body fat percentage. Well the doctor has experience in her profession. I really want to thank you for all your help. I have lost over 10 kgs so far, over four months period. I have also lost over 5 inches from my waist. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful I feel since these changes. I've tried many other diets but none has even come close to the success I've had over the past three months from following your recommendations and from what I've learned using the Personal Diet. Ayesha ma'am was very patient with me, heard everything that I had to say and trust me I had a lot to say.

She was very friendly and understanding and gave me enough time to express myself completely.

I didn't know when to stop eating and over a period of time I didn't realize it but ma'am explained it to me that I was over eating and then to top that all I was guilty that I was putting on weight because of which I was skipping my meals.

Over a period of time, I started having the burning sensation in my chest, so one of my friends told me to have gelosil, so I tried it and the burning sensation disappeared, so I didn't realize it but that too had become a habit to have gelosil on a daily basis, turns out that it's not healthy to have it on a regular basis and I may have ended up doing more harm to myself than just a relief from the burning sensation, ma'am explained it to me in detail. I didn't know that as well.

Turns out instead of taking care of my own body I am more capable of harming it, but I am so glad that I came across this wonderful lady with so much of patience and understanding. It's been life changing since the day I met her and I have improved drastically. I feel more energetic and happy and healthy and statisfied tummywise now.

I am just glad that I took the first step to reach out to her.
