I have been consulting Tripty for over 6 months now and infact the first phase of diet planning was so satisfying, that I have now further extended the same!

I visited Tripty with multiple health issues initially– increased weight and high uric acid being the main ones. She did a thorough check on my reports, had in depth discussions to understand my diet & lifestyle patterns and then designed a customized diet chart. She has been tracking my progress closely and changes my diet every 2 weeks as needed, this constant focus has helped me reduce considerable weight and has helped bring down my Uric acid levels within acceptable levels. Plus as a dietitian she understands that one might get bored with the same diet, or might need to eat out, but the periodic changes and her suggesting alternatives if eating out has kept me going.

What I find most helpful are that the diets are very doable, especially for a person like me who has little or no cooking expertise, I have found the diets very manageable across day to day routine. She also suggest alternatives incase something is not suiting you or not able to manage.

I am a foodie and the fact that I have been able to largely stick to the diet with her constant checks and ongoing support is proof that she is effective indeed!

Recently she has given me a Keto diet which is also proving to be beneficial.
