I booked a consultation expecting personalized dietary guidance and a practical meal structure for muscle/weight gain. The nutritionist was polite and professional in communication but overall the consultation did not meet my expectations in terms of value and specificity. I also think it would help future patients if the consultation page more clearly explained what is and is not included in a standard consultation so people can make a more informed decision before booking.

I was overweight and had low stamina. I also have a family history of diabetes, so it was important for me to lose weight to avoid diabetes. I had tried dieting at home by myself, but I had not seen results.

I met Shikha first in Dec 2015, as a friend had benefited a lot from her advice. Shikha took time to understand my daily routine, to figure out how and where changes need to be made. She does not put you on a crash diet - and this is very important. I was unable to go to a gym due to time restraints. She sent me excellent youtube videos that I could follow and work out at home. I send her daily updates about my food and exercise, and she monitors it. She also holds regular follow up sessions on Skype and modifies diet and workout time to time, so that one sees best results. She gives a good combination of dietary changes and workouts to ensure that your overall fitness is improved. The diet suggested is very easy to follow and has lot of tasty options. She ensures one eats a lot of nuts, fibre, has enough water to drink. So I learnt a very healthy way to achieve fitness, without crash diets or starving!! By and by, I saw a lot of change - both weight loss and in fitness levels. I feel light and well toned. I am really glad I met Shikha and took her advice.

When I met her, I was recovering from an accident so I was unable to work out. I had been suffering from PCOD since 2009, I had hypertension, blood sugar, Anemia and loads of other side effects from the years of medications as well as the medications for my fractured and neuropathic leg. Absolutely awesome.. If you are food loving person and still want to stay in shape then this is the place. Before meeting Shikha I had tried various gym`s and other solutions but nothing used to work and I was on the verge of giving up. But thankfully, I met her and things started changing and I am extremely happy now after losing 12kgs. One of the best thing which I liked about Shikha is her observation power. She takes a note of the minutest of the details being shared and uses it precisely to figure out the essentials.
