Miral is an amazing physiotherapist who was able to diagnose areas of problems almost immediately around my knee. Miral first addressed the inflammation and pain to allow basic motion. Then step by step she increased strength first through isometric exercises and then more structural exercises.

I have worked with Miral for more than a month with a physiotherapy session almost everyday and it has been an amazing journey to see my knee get back into its original strength pre injury. In this process, I also developed a great friendship with Miral.

Hi, I visited Dr. Miral last month with a 10 year old problem of Sciatica. I had visited several physiotherapists earlier who gave me temporary relief.

Dr. Miral did the right diagnosis and gave me a workable solution.

She had all her patience to hear me and gave me the right treatment including for future possibilities of trouble which may come in my legs and back.

Most of the physio will tell you the exercises to do later, Dr.Miral spent time with me to ensure I do all exercises with correct posture.

Dr.Nanavati was recommended by my orthopedic for my frozen shoulder (caused by shoulder injury which was untreated for 2.5 months thanks to wave 2 lockdown). I've been consulting her for a month and have found her to be an empathic professional focused on patient care & recovery.

She insisted on a complete assessment before creating a treatment protocol for me and starting treatment. In less than a month, my pain has reduced, mobility has increased significantly, and my shoulder is on the way to recovery. I can see some improvement every day. My orthopedic is also pleased at the speed at which my frozen shoulder is melting under her care.

Hi it was very nice experience wi Dr. Miral. I consulted her for post COVID physical weakness , oxygen level and others. She really took up things very sensible and and very well analysised my condition. She help with all the exercise need for the post COVID effects specialy oxgen levels which was important.

Best thing I liked in Dr. Miral that how sincere she is in her work. I went to her clinic casually to get advise about exercises for slip disc which was causing constant pain in my lower back since a two years. In 10 days of sessions she not only help through simple exercises to reduce my pain to almost gone state and also advised all precautionary measure to take after treatment.
