Diet was suggested keeping in mind not only my weight loss but also convenience for family, as she very well understands compulsions of a woman ( as we cannot cook daily three meals separately from regular cooking ). She dint suggest crash diets but ensured that I lose weight scientifically and slowly so that it doesn't bounce back. She also gave daily tips for ensuring I don't over eat and also detox my body.
