I was suffering from excruciating lower back pain, searing down to my left leg. It all started in December 2016 with a severe pain in my lower back, when I fell off the stairs. The journey of pain begins, only getting more severe over time. I explored many possible options to get myself out of this phase. Pain made me inactive physically and left me in a very disturbed mental state. I visited many top rated neurosurgeons in Bangalore, they examined my MRI and explained that my L4-5 and L5-S1 disc had herniated. As per their protocol, firstly it was nerve block injection followed by physiotherapy and if it dint work then a surgery to get the herniated bit out. Well, i did go for the nerve block injection hoping for the best and it only left me more disappointed. Being a MSc graduate in computer science, i did do my bit of research and decided that i would get this fixed without a single cut on my body. Then i went in for ayurvedic treatments who suggested me to take bed rest, that only worsened my condition. A small ray of hope came in when i met a sports physio, who asked me to get an Xray of my lumbar spine. Then the biggest shock, Xray revealed that it was way too complicated even to be fixed by just a microdiscectomy surgery. The lateral shift had caused muscle derrangement leading to scoliosis combined with the sciatic pain from the disc itself. And this needed a scoliosis surgery. When i dint agree for a single cut , i would definitely not go for a scoliosis surgery.Then my research lead to a gonstead chiropractice, which din't do me much good. Finally, i get to meet this amazing person Dr. Kumar and I am in the right hands, safe and sound. When i met him first, i kind of had this gut feeling that i will be alright. And after the first adjustment i was freaking sure that i will be back to normal soon. For a person like me, who is suffering from chronic pain and having visited many chiropractors, it is a serious challenge to get my sore muscles relaxed and beat my very well informed quick nervous system for a smooth adjustment. And Dr. kumar does it so effortlessly. I was trying to figure out how he does that. As the sessions passed by, obvious that i was getting so much better. I realised that it is so important to treat a patient in pain by getting them to their comfort zone. And his touch is so comforting and magical that it feels like as though it is you treating yourself. Its been my 10th session with him and i am already walking up straight with no pain. Thank you just seems such a small word to appreciate this wonderful thing that you have done to me. All i could do is wish for the best of health for you always to get more smiles on people's faces like me :) As i realise the importance of being healthy. And for all you people going through this phase, i suggest to stay away from surgery unless there is some serious functional disorder.

In the beginning of 2018, during me cycling escapades and after long sitting hours at office, I was in a pretty bad shape when I visited Mr.Spine Clinic (Dr.Kumar).

He takes all the time to listen attentively to all the concerns and pains you go through and does a very thorough analysis and asks the right questions which you may miss to mention while explaining. If there is any paper work/diagnostics needed only then he would suggest that too.

To echo the other 5-star reviews, the doctor and his staff have been extremely helpful to me with a variety of my issues. Despite having a busy practice, I’m almost always able to schedule an appointment. within a day of my calling unlike other places.

There are very few Chiropractic practices in Bangalore. And I have been to most of them. I would rate him the best in terms of value for amount spent, availability and professional.

Many of us reflect on the blessings we have receive . I would consider Dr Kumar as one of them.

My spine had multiple issues and the Dr Kumar got the issues sorted one by one.

Net-Net – Great place to visit for back /neck pain and Very friendly staff and compassionate front office and doctor. Left the clinic feeling much better.

Location: No issues of Parking. Ambience is quiet and pleasant.

I have recommended my bosses and my team from office to visit Dr Spine and I haven’t heard a complain at all.

Con – A Better Physicio Eletro Therapy machine would be helpful.

My wife had a chronic back pain. We had shown to many doctors and no one could diagnose it properly. Finally we thought of going to a physiotherapist. This doctor assured us that it will be cured within 20 days. ** **** ** ****** ** ***** ****** **** ** ***** *** ******* *** **** **** ** ***** ***** * ****** ** ********* ** *** *** **** ** *** **** ***** ** *** ******** He stopped visiting him suddenly and he was not even bothered. When my wife wrote him that there is no improvement he replied that keep on doing what I said, hopefully it will get better. We wasted Rs. 12000/-, lot of time and energy.

I will not recommend this doctor to anyone.

I had gone for severe pain in right shoulder and neck. While I did not expect a miracle in one day, I did request the doctor to send me the case sheet so I can continue treatment here in Ahmedabad since I was only visiting Bangalore. I don't understand why they have not obliged yet, even though he said it will be sent. As for the treatment, I will not comment much, except it was over-priced and over-rated.

I met Dr. Kumar for my mother who was suffering from spine issues for quite a few years and have had tried almost all the treatments available including spine adjustments, physiotherapy, massages, etc. I was introduced by my friend who had taken spine treatment for the lower disc pain from him last year. Its a great relief to see my mother out of the pain gradually and really thank Dr. Kumar for his keen interest that he has taken to help us out, and would suggest anyone who needs spine treatment to see if this treatment can help them.

Hi I am Sharath I had lower back pain from last 9 years I showed to many doctors they told that they cannot do anything about disk degenerative disease they did only symptomatic treatment like pain killers and nerve relaxers And told i have to go through the operation if i need permanent but risky alternative So I visited doctor spine clinic and had 6 sessions I had constant pinching pain in my lower back I couldn't work or sleep or walk properly now it's all gone I feel like my back is 80% of pain is healed by dr spine He has advised some exercises after that I may heal furtherThank you dr spine

I had severe lower back pain due to spinal cord issue between L1 and L3. It became very acute and I was immobile from January 15th. I saw orthopedists who tried many options but my pain did not reduce and I could not get up from bed. They ruled out surgery too. Just when I thought I will be bedridden for ever, I went to Dr. Spine and with five sessions of Dr. Kumar, I found my pain reduce a lot and more importantly I am moving around. Dr. Kumar and Dr. Spine clinic are god send. Thank you very much

I suffered an injury in my back while playing football, it was severe where I was unable to move around as usual. I waited for a week thinking the pain would go but it didn't. Later I decided to visit a chiropractor and get it treated. it took 5 sessions and I'm back to normal. Thanks to Dr. Kumar who educated me about the pain and advised a couple of exercises to do before I enter the field.

I am still under treatment from him but I can say he knows what he is doing. Looks to find the root of the pain and addresses it with precision. Excellent understanding and near perfect methods. You gotta keep up with his pace though. Highly recommended.

This treatment has given me lot of relief from the neck pain that had kept me worried from past 2 years or more. Dr. M Kumar. is highly professional and has in-depth understanding of what patients undergo during spine and other issues. He has taken very good care, as I was on the very sensitive side because of this pain. He was very clear from the very first about his entire treatment plan, I have gotten better even before my scheduled plan, and happily recommended him for all spine related issues.
