Doctor Kala has been helping me get out of my anger in the best possible way. I really appreciated her mentorship, which is really helping me out. The ways she suggests to control things are really honest and to the points. It’s been 2 months I have been engaged with doctor and every appointment teaches me a new goal of life. Kala helped me understand a lot of my own behaviors and thought patterns, especially the ones associated with my ADHD and OCD, and played an important role in managing the family-related stress I was experiencing at the time. Kala is patient and very careful listener and I learned to see things from more perspectives than just mine. I'd definitely recommend Kala for anyone struggling with anxiety or stress.

It was great meeting even when it was my first visit. Glad to have that open discussion and take things in depth with emotion and practically. I am looking forward for future sessions

Visited doctor for my Dad. Mom went with him, Kala spoke to my dad at length and was to communicate the next steps to my Mom. She had few patients waiting so she told my Mom she will tell her next steps on the phone. My Mom tried messaging, calling but no response. Sent messages to the doctor, clinic to no avail, past 4 days no response.

Finally booking another therapist and starting from scratch. Counselling itself is stressful, just did not need this in life.

If it was money that was needed would have gladly paid. If it is not money and just unprofessionalism then i suggest you should take up a Hobby which does not affect other people.

*** ** *** ** *** **** ******** ********** *** ****** She was yawning and looking at her phone most of the time I was explaining what I am going through and she came to a conclusion that I need to get 5 tests done that costs INR.7000/-, without even being empathetic or asking questions along the way to understand the issue better. *** *** ********** *********** ***** ***** ******* *** ******* **** *** ****** ** *** **** *** ** ********* ** ***** ***** *********. She came to a reckless conclusion about me in the first meet. I wonder how is she still a therapist! Please don't go to her, she is terrible at what she does.

Dr. Kala Bhandari was very warm and empathetic while listening to my problems. She tried to understand every aspect very delicately and offer solutions.

I was very hesitant initially with the whole idea of counselling as I wasn't sure if that was the right approach. i took my chances after looking at Dr. Kala's experience. Trust me it was worth it. she is extremely patient and understanding about the situation and will tell you effective ways to tackle the situation. Definitely worth a session with her.

Dr Kala was a great find on Practo. She consults from her home and that really helps. She is calm patient and very understanding. Helped me find the root cause in the very first meeting and the whole anxiety, sadness etc was gone. She also helped in understanding what will help future reoccurrence. Really thankful to her.
