Dr. Kadam Prasad (Physiotherapist)

About 1.5 months ago, I went to see Dr. Prasad for the first time because my neck was hurting a lot. He did this needle thing called dry needling - which is quite painful but super effective - and after a few days, my neck felt much better.

In the first session, he noticed that it wasn't just my neck; my posture needed fixing too. I had a lot of stress from working too much and some bad experiences from the past, and that showed in how I stood and sat. Dr. Prasad's treatments not only relaxed my body but also made me think more about how I sit and stand every day.

The osteopathic manipulation sessions are super relaxing. I feel really calm and balanced after those.

Now, I'm not someone who likes exercising, never have. The workouts with Dr. Prasad aren't my favorite, I'll admit. But I've actually gotten a lot better, which feels good. I can really see and feel the change in my body. I can't believe I've been doing these painful needle sessions and daily exercises since so many weeks now.

Dr. Prasad is a bit of a perfectionist, I think. Sometimes it feels like he cares more about my health than I do! But that's the best part about him. It shows he really wants to help and prevent any future problems with my health. That's rare with many doctors nowadays.

Dr. Prasad has made a big difference for me. From fixing my painful neck to helping me relax and even getting me to exercise every day, he's been awesome. If you're looking for someone who really cares about your health and knows their stuff, Dr. Prasad is the best physiotherapist, chiropractor and osteopath I can highly recommend.

I had severe spondylitis and lower back pain.Dr Prasads approach was by far the best.Within a few sessions with him, the pain disappeared completely. He taught me exercises that are now helping me strengthen those muscles.He also guided me around changes to make while I am working .

Back pain is considered chronic if it lasts three months or longer. It can come and go, often bringing temporary relief, followed by frustration, but after meeting Dr.Prasad and started my treatment. Felt much better from the first session itself. Highly recommended for any chronic pain, sports related injury or any rehabilitation. I was even struggling to walk or sit for even for a minute , pain was shooting all way from my back to bottom of my heel , but with Dr.Prasad had an amazing experience of treatment feeling better and buliding my confidence up.

I reached out for my husband leg injury. He created an urgency in treating and started doing massage and putting needles without explaining much.

He is very soft spoken and tries to be over friendly.

He did not explain any charges associated, how many sittings it will take etc.

We went twice again trusting he will cure it but no luck.

One of my friend also went and he did same thing with him.

I would not recommend going to this person at all.

I was detected with Chondromalacia patella in my knees and mechanical pain in back for which doctor recommended physiotherapy. Have been visiting Kadam Sir for last few months and he has not only helped to release my pain by a large margin but he is also guiding me into full body posture correction to improve my day to day life. Good moves provides IFT, UFT treatments, chiropractor, dry needling and upping facilities. really hardly we find any wellness Centre that provides with so many specialization all in one place. Would highly recommend everyone with sedentary lifestyle and sitting jobs to consult Dr kadam. He is a magician.
