Jini presently heads Psychology Division of Optum International, Global leader in Employee Assistance Programs. He had previously worked with Christ University and IIPR as Assistant Professor in psychology and has over 7 years of academics experience. He also works as the chief mentor to Insight Child Homecare Services and was previously the president of ISCEH, Indian Hypnosis Association.
