The doctor was quite calm and friendly. He listened to me very patiently without making me anxious. He recommended CBT to me. His mindful breathing audio clip really helps. To be honest, I didn't find this experience new or different as I have tried this techniques before. So, I was looking for something different that would be more convincing. Nevertheless, it works even if it's the same thing again.
