I consulted Doctor Jacob for heel pain after visiting an orthopedic surgeon who prescribed surgery. Dr Jacob not only paid personal attention to my issue but also customized the therapy for me and eventually I could skip the painful surgery. Many thanks to his experience, expertise and ability to treat the issue in friendly way when initially the treatment was planned for 12 sessions but got over merely in 8 sessions only. Subsequently I consulted him for neck and leg pain too and had same delightful experience. Highly recommended...

Jacob was recommended by the hospital from where my mother had her knee replacement surgery. He quickly identified my mother’s issues. He made sure that he tailored the physio to help her with this. He is encouraging and put lots of effort into her recovery. What I appreciate the most from him is the technical knowledge that allows him to see the issue more holistically and more long-term, than quick-fixes that may result in further issues later on. I had visited Dr Jacob with severe muscle stiffness throughout my back and neck and the problem of cervical rudimentary ribs. He paitiently explained the problem and gave a long term solution rather than a short time solution like most others. He was very particular about the sessions and took utmost care and gave most effective excercises and physiotherapy treatment. He has always been reachable to give immediate solutions.I'm more than happy to say thanks to him I avoided a surgery.
