Mr. Iesh Shakti

Mr Iesh Shakti is a Counseling psychologist and a clinical hypnotherapist. He completed his Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Indian institute of psychology and research and his Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy from Your Dost academy of learning. He uses an evidence-based approach to counseling, with an inclination towards a humanistic, cognitive behavioral framework. Mr Lesh Shakti has experience in the field of mental health a reputed hospital in Bangalore and individual practice. He has worked with various cases such as addiction, anxiety, depression, workplace stress, relationship issues, grief, self- improvement. He has experience working with adolescents, adults and with the geriatric population. He is passionate about helping people with their emotional, mental and behavioral issues. Making an impact in people’s life gives him satisfaction knowing that he is adding value to the life of people he touches on this journey.As an individual, Iesh enjoys reading and interacting with people to understand and learning about the meaning they hold about life. He loves spending time with his loved ones, meditating and enjoying good food and memes. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
