I didn't believe in therapy before meeting Himanshu. I love the philosophy of healing both body and mind through body work and not talking through life.

Dr. Himanshu & Pooja are very friendly, ************** *** *** ********* ** ********** They spend a good amount of time getting to know the patient personally and understand what they need help with. They are very polite and warm people.

I had been to the clinic as I fell down the stairs and injured my lower back/gluts quite badly. I was unable to sit down/stand up/lie down comfortably. The fall was so unexpected and hence there was quite a bit of shock, fear, and trauma within. Within just minutes of meeting him, he was able to help me feel more relaxed and grounded. I could feel the tension in my muscles and lower back free up and I became more comfortable. During the osteopathy/CranioSacral Therapy session, he always checked on me for my level of comfort and pain. I felt very confident and safe with him. In a couple of sessions, I see significant relief in my back pain, stiffness is gone and I am able to move around, sit, stand, lie down more comfortably.

I have also been to this clinic before a few times for my father who is 82 years old. He helped him get relief from certain emotions that were held up for a long time causing pain in his back, neck, and shoulders. I absolutely loved Dr. Himanshu Bhagat’s approach, energy, and quality of work. I came with an acute cervical spasm and felt much better after the session and want to continue the treatment. Im suffering from spondulolysthesis problem for almost 5yrs+ and had taken many alternate treatments which dnt work.I started my treatment with Dr.Himanshu in the end of 2022 . A very nice Dr,who doesn't complicate things and does magic with hands! I was supposed to undergo surgery as suggested by orthopedic Dr's. But with the treatment of Dr. Himanshu I'm able to manage without surgery. A wonderful human,who understands ur pain and helps to manage it with exercises. It's really a magic I've seen,I'll be Going to his clinic with more pain,but come home with reduced pain and I become normal without pain in a week. That's Dr.Himanshu. I would recommend to meet Dr.Himanshu if ur suffering from any spine problem and if ur advised for any surgery. A knowledgeable person and a very good Dr for all ur spine problems 👍

As it was my first experience today, maybe presumptuous to talk about the treatment and its long-term benefits. But my first impression was that I could “sense” a change within my perception of the varying energy fields around the parts of the body that have been my pain-friends since my accident 27 years ago! Dr Himanshu made every effort for me to make a sensory connection to the various sensation areas that may have been affected during the accident and which have remained in a “stressed” state since then.

Will update my reflections post the 3-week bi-weekly treatments recommended as part of my recovery process.

I met Dr. Himanshu during a chronic episode of back pain. Previous to meeting him, I had taken multiple options to recover from back-related issues but nothing yielded results. Dr. Himanshu listens to your issues really well and helps you understand what is causing them and fixes the root causes instead of basic changes/fixes. I was told that I would never play badminton again due to two problematic discs(one bulged & one herniated) in the lumbar region, but I am back to active badminton after a few sessions with Dr. Himanshu. He helps you to heal both physiologically and psychologically. Very helpful and courteous Doctor and team.

The doctor communicates very well.He delves into your mind...n helps you know what is troubling you..I should say ..his extra sensory perception is excellent..

I am saying this because...at last ...I have a doctor who found out the root cause of my arthritis...n all the pain I have undergone all these..30 odd years...

Hi I can’t thank enough both Pooja and Himanshu for their patience and definitely the treatment.

Both of them are amazing in their own ways. From the first session where it was difficult for me to even speak to the last one it’s been a great journey. Therapy is still a ‘taboo’ for a lot of us. I can promise you that they really make it easy for anyone to open up with his or her problem.

Also a special mention to Sneha for she made me realise things which I could have never in my entire life time.
