I've known Dr.Hijab for about a good 5 years

And I've come a long way from being angry , frustrated and stubborn child to a very calm and social person she kinda helped me get over my dad's death also ,helped me get out whatever I was bottling up my pent up anger a lot of represed rage and sadness ,she's got me out of a dark place more like the darkest period in my life she kinda thought how to cope with certain situations and how to deal with my emotions and how to channel in in a very productive way. It took me a lot of time to find a good therapist but after going through 8 different therapists I found the right therapist which is her Dr the only one who could get me to open up she kinda felt like family to me because she's always been there for me, if I ever had to talk to someone Dr was always my first pick. All in all I would highly recommend people to go to Dr.Hijab because been a Hudge part of my life and I would personally say without her I don't know what I'd do or what kind f a person id be.

I have been visiting Ms Hijab for regular therapy sessions since May 2023. She is very friendly, patient and non-judgmental. I practice the suggestions and activities she gives me in my daily life and I can definitely see an improvement in my mental health. Ms Hijab has helped and enabled me to get over my depression and anxiety with effective suggestions. I highly her as a therapist!

I initially met Dr. Hijab for dealing with my ADHD and issues related to it. It’s been over 6 months now and I’m a fairly changed person. She has been amazingly supportive right from the time of diagnosis to explaining the various interventions possible and then the actual counselling/treatment that followed.

I’ve taken a combination of ADHD coaching (therapy) supported with medication and it’s helped me a great deal. Would highly recommend Dr. Hijab if you’re looking for a holistic approach to dealing with your issues.

Ms. Hijab has been instrumental in my progress with treating my anxiety and ADD. For years I lived with these disorders without receiving answers. These past two months with Hijab have changed my life in more ways than one. She sat with me through my therapy, CBT and RTMS sessions with patience and understanding. She displays empathy and kindness that is easily seen when you talk to her. It was her optimistic nature that motivated me to get better and continue with my treatment.

Overall, I finally feel like my anxiety and ADD is much more manageable. I physically feel at ease and can do things without finding it taxing on my body and mental state. I’m incredibly grateful for Hijab and her unwavering support throughout my journey.

Hijab has been my therapist for a couple months now. I appreciate how much she has helped me deal with my ADHD related problems such as procrastination, lack of motivation, etc. She gives very practical advice that is not very hard to put into practice.

In addition to that she has also helped me handle interpersonal issues in a same sex relationship with no prejudice or judgement.

Overall, I would say that my mental state has been a lot better since I started seeing Hijab regularly. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a therapist

Dr. Hijab has been helping navigate life, work and relationships with ADHD. She furnished me with detailed information of the condition and how it affects my life. She is an empathetic ear and an insightful coach throughout the process and coming to terms with the diagnosis. Dr. Hijab is very adept at walking you through your feelings and helping you process them. Her CBT treatment has helped me in breaking negative patterns and cultivating sustainable habits that work for me as a neurodivergent. It's a great experience overall.

I am extremely satisfied with my psychologist and with the treatment I have received from Dr Hijab Bilgrami at Reach Psychiatry. I was suffering from anxiety and went for initial check-up at first. Hijab spent good time to listen to my concerns, and took the care to calm me down. Then she made me understand my problem and helped me overcome my anxiety. Her treatment therapy had an immediately noticeable improvement on my condition. She is very approachable and I know I can contact her outside my appointment times. I have had a vast improvement in my lifestyle and now able to handle my thoughts well and calmly resolve them.

Your service is really great Hijab. You really heard my concerns and made sure i followed what I had to do also we had a nice chat about the details of the process and how should i follow the steps and improvise, at the same time she really does know her profession, she is very professional and takes care of her patients extremely well, she even checked up on me, and was always there for any support. When I went to meet Ms.Hijab, I was in an absolute mess. My mental health was clouded by lots of self-doubts and the stress of my day-to-day things was overpowering me. She helped me with CBT and rationalization of my anxiety, and let me tell you this I have come a long way.

To provide more context, I have been trying to see a therapist for some time, and none of them worked out for me. With Ms.Hijab, in our first session itself, I felt light, and with each consequent session, I started feeling better. She has a calm and friendly demeanor which helps you loosen up, and talk more freely about your mental health. More than this, she is very flexible when it comes to any last-minute changes, this allows the patient to feel more secure, such as myself.

I have seen a huge change in my overall persona, and the way I deal with anxiety, I can confidently say that I am a better version of myself compared to the one I was in March of this year.

To anyone reading this, I would advise you to be patient with yourself and give your mental health time. If your therapist is Ms.Hijab, you will be in a better place for sure.

I initially came into the clinic with severe depression and anxiety. Prior to her, I had seen multiple therapists, counsellors, psychologists, and psychiatrists that assured me they could help me with my problems. Despite all this, no doctor or form of therapy worked for me, so I had little to no hopes for this place either. After getting my diagnosis, I was sent into therapy. I thought my experience with Hijab would have been the same as all the others, but I was proven wrong. Hijab is one of the most understanding and patient therapists I have ever met, and most of all, she is simply excellent. She put me on various forms of treatment including therapy, RTMS, and medications. She never minimized my problems or made me feel inferior. Despite making little progress during the first few months, she was understanding and never pushed me more than I could handle. She is incredibly optimistic and also very easy to talk to and open up to. I did not walk in with too many expectations but I know that she far surpassed them. I would wholeheartedly recommend Hijab for anybody looking for therapists. My depression is now almost entirely gone (remission) and my anxiety has come down to tolerable levels. I could not praise her enough as a therapist.

Hijab was extremely sweet and approachable. From day one she made me feel comfortable and helped me open up . She patiently listened and answered all my queries . Helped me introspect and filled confidence to move on .
