It was a good conversation about my problem, wherein I was able to explain my issue and left the decision making to me by giving perspectives. With regards to healing, the most important factor that she was process was sticking to the process and not look for an easy quick fix.

The duration of the session was not mentioned on the Practo page. It was a 15 minute session which went fine and I did a test related to my concern as recommended. I was supposed to receive feedback on the test and follow-up evaluation last week but I still haven't received anything.
