Dr. Sujaya is really very good. She listened to my problems and explain the things very patiently. She explained how will she carry the complete treatment. Also, she motivated me positively and cleared all my doubts about the hairloss. She also mentioned, if you are not getting these medicines, you can go for other brand with the similar compositions. And she told there's no need of unwanted follow ups, so you can revisit after 3 months, in case there's some issue, feel free to visit early. So, my overall experience is really awesome. You must try her if you also have hair loss problem.

Hoped for better: Wait time
While my experience with Dr. Sujata was great and I have no complaints, the wait time and overall management of appointments in the clinic was unacceptable because of which I stopped going to the clinic and had to find another doctor. Inspite of taking appointments, there is always a delay and a waiting time of minimum 45mins -1 hour. Every time I have visited I have seen disgruntled patients for this same reason. I also had a blood test done in the lab here which was supposed to be ready in 2 days. After continuous follow up, I got the report after 5-6 days. No value for time here and administration really needs to be improved.
